Bondtech CHT nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands allowing to melt the material from within. In doing so, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be used.
A Nickel coating is applied to our Coated Brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel coated nozzles have more corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, which allows slicker feeding of material and delays plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.

Plated with Non-stick Composite Additive TwinClad XT Plating
The FlowTech nozzle, equipped with Bondtech CHT technology, can achieve a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 50 mm³/sec.
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers.

Microswiss e Bondtech hanno partner per portare l'ugello CM2 High Flow, punta hardened CM2 all'ecosistema FlowTech. Questo nuovo ugello incorpora la tecnologia CHT proprietaria, appositamente progettato per aumentare il tasso di flusso del filamento.
Il nucleo dell'ugello è realizzato in rame ad alta temperatura e placcato con placcatura in nichel Electroless. Questa speciale lega mantiene la sua resistenza a temperature molto elevate rispetto a una normale lega di rame.
